Wellbeing in Focus: Altaris Health and Wellness Awards Winners and Finalists

We’re proud to announce the results of the 2025 Health and Wellness Awards, which recognise organisations and individuals delivering meaningful health support across mental wellbeing, fitness, therapeutic care, and community health. This year’s recipients reflect the wide range of services helping people live and feel better—both in clinical and community settings.

2025 Health and Wellness Award Winners

Winning Wellness Spa of the Year, Float Fire & Ice Glasgow stood out for its holistic and inclusive approach to recovery and relaxation. Through flotation therapy, infrared sauna, and cold-water immersion, the centre caters to a wide demographic, including athletes, those managing chronic pain, and individuals seeking mental health support.

The Innovation Award went to Bébélux Spa, a unique concept in maternal and infant wellness. Based in Qatar, the spa offers tailored therapeutic services for both babies and mothers, from hydrotherapy to pre- and postnatal treatments. Its professional standards and clear focus on care during early life transitions set it apart.

Transforming Lives Centre received the award for Best for Alternative Therapy in recognition of its personal and outcomes-based approach to hypnotherapy, life coaching, and counselling. Founded on lived experience, the centre works closely with individuals to address issues ranging from anxiety to addiction.

The Customer Experience Award was presented to The Body Mind Space, whose integrated model of care spans somatic therapy, holistic bodywork, and home organising. Clients are supported not just through talk-based methods, but with body-focused approaches that address nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

Reflecting on Progress in Wellbeing

This year’s Health and Wellness Awards highlight the variety of approaches being taken to support wellbeing across different sectors. Several of the recognised organisations were founded to meet specific, often overlooked needs—whether that’s accessible fitness for underrepresented groups, structured support for young people in care, or affordable workplace wellbeing for SMEs.

Others have developed carefully integrated services that address the complexity of health in daily life, combining bodywork, coaching, education, or clinical tools in meaningful ways. What they all share is a commitment to relevance, consistency, and care that is informed by the communities they serve.

From all of us at Altaris Business Awards, congratulations to the winners and finalists of the 2025 Health and Wellness Awards.
