2026 Healthcare Awards Winners
At the centre of this year’s programme is Diagno-Pharm (Malaysia) SDN BHD, named Healthcare Organisation of the Year. Operating within a highly specialised and regulated environment, the organisation has demonstrated a consistent focus on delivering innovative healthcare solutions that support the wider industry. Its recognition reflects organisational capability, technical expertise, and a clear understanding of how innovation can be applied practically within healthcare systems.
The Healthcare Innovation Award is awarded to Trigent Software in recognition of its work modernising healthcare data environments. Through the delivery of scalable, cloud-based data platforms, the business has enabled healthcare organisations to consolidate complex data sets, improve visibility, and make faster, more informed decisions. Its work highlights the growing importance of robust data architecture in supporting operational efficiency and strategic planning across healthcare networks.
Recognised with the Healthcare Training and Education Award, One Stop Healthcare has demonstrated a strong commitment to workforce development and education. Through structured training programmes, professional development, and community engagement, the organisation supports high standards of care while reinforcing the link between well-supported staff and positive patient experiences.
Digital innovation plays a growing role in improving access and outcomes, and the Digital Health Transformation Award is presented to QuestPrehab. The organisation has been recognised for developing a telehealth-led prehabilitation platform that integrates seamlessly into existing clinical pathways. By enabling patients to access personalised programmes remotely, QuestPrehab supports improved recovery, reduced readmissions, and broader access to specialist care without adding pressure to existing infrastructure.
Patient experience remains a defining measure of quality, and the Outstanding Patient Care Award goes to Clayton Clinic Ltd. As a midwife-led provider, the clinic has been recognised for delivering care that balances clinical excellence with compassion and emotional support. Its emphasis on clear communication, professional governance, and continuity of care reflects a service model built around trust, safety, and dignity at every patient interaction.
The Rising Star in Healthcare award was presented to Committed Support, however this award was unfortunately withdrawn due to extended non-payment.
