2025 Healthcare Award Winners
Visionary thinking, cross-sector leadership, and deep practical experience underpin the success of Riddlebox, recipient of the Healthcare Leader of the Year award. Led by Dr Ram Raghavan, the organisation stands out for its integration of behavioural science, ethical leadership, and performance psychology into commercial environments. His influence extends across industries and geographies, helping teams and systems build resilience, improve clarity, and operate with purpose.
Innovation and care go hand in hand at Iconic Smiles, named Healthcare Organisation of the Year. The practice combines advanced technology with a patient-first philosophy, demonstrated through initiatives like digital scanning, clinical education tools, and community health outreach. Their workplace culture, commitment to access, and track record of continuous development set them apart from traditional models of care.
Delivering leadership training that is both strategic and sustainable, Elevo earns the Healthcare Training and Education Award. Their “Leading for Wellbeing” programme supports senior people leaders across sectors with the tools to embed long-term health priorities within organisational systems. The course structure and impact show a clear commitment to equipping professionals with skills that extend far beyond individual wellbeing initiatives.

The team at Essence Wellness, led by a former NHS nurse, receives the Rising Star in Healthcare award. In just six months, they’ve established a clinic offering therapies rarely found in the region, including floatation and red light therapy. By providing both clinical alternatives and affordable space for other practitioners, they have created a collaborative health environment with strong local uptake.
Feet First Foot Care and Aesthetic Services takes home the Community Impact for Health Award, recognising a commitment to responsive, needs-based service expansion. Originating in foot health, the clinic now addresses gaps left by reduced NHS provision through ear wax removal, vitamin injections, tinnitus therapy, and more. The service is holistic, inclusive, and supported by a distinctive focus on patient dignity and continuity of care.
